Now the weather is turning for the better it looks ,we look forward to a cool Summer. With MCM Comic Con London only a 4-5 week's away we hope the weather is like last May when we saw a heatwave.
Cosplay Heroes can only attend on the Sunday due to other commitments but where be there in full force hopefully for the big October show. That doesn't mean we can't have a great time this May though ,we'll just have to get up early and make sure where there the moment the event opens. Unlike the last couple of times.
We have quite a few anime reviews to knock out as well ,especially after the Film Four Studio Ghibli season, where still watching some of them . Though we did enjoy Ocean Waves and My Neighbour Totoro extremely.
Ocean Waves and My Neighbour Totoro ,above and below, reviews soon.
Now Kawaii is a trend in Japan that has found it's way to the West ,especially in London where the Hyper Japan show showcases many things Kawaii (yes not long to go till Hyper Japan in July), But back in Japan video games company SEGA have launched a new division aptly named SEGA KAWAII.Hoping to cash in on the trend by using some of it's franchises to sell articles of clothing, bags,Cushions and more ,all branded with themes from their games and systems.
Above is the SEGAKAWAII logo depicting a classic Saturn controller under it's name.
There are some quite cool designs ,here's hoping SEGA see sense and release these goodies in the West, of course there have to reduce some prices as at the moment there a bit extreme ,with T-shirts in the region of £50 and the crazy Dreamcast controller backpack below coming in at a whopping £146 or there's about.
That's a Big controller she's got.
Sega have also released a snazzy video to compliment the launch which you can view below.
Capcom's latest digital download arrives on PS3 Network,Xbox Live,PC and Wii U eshop in June 2013 . In this HD remake of the game apart from the new visuals their will be all the multi-player fun expected with leader boards ,new potions and more.
And Wii U owners get a bonus in that use of the Wii U's touch screen game pad makes it easier for casting spells and such like. Check out the video below.
Prices are either 1200 Microsoft points or £11.99 ($14.99) on PC,PS3 and Wii U
We cant wait for this.
